Pricing Questions

Is there a minimum contract length?
We don’t require long-term contracts. We work month-to-month with a 30-day notice period. That said, meaningful results in Google Ads take 60–90 days and SEO takes longer — so we’re looking for clients who understand digital marketing is a long-term investment, not a switch you flip.
Does the management fee include the ad spend?
No. The management fee covers our time, strategy, and platform access. Ad spend is paid directly to Google or Meta by you. We help you determine the right budget for your goals and manage it on your behalf.
What ad spend do you recommend to start?
It depends on your specialty, market, and goals. For most medical practices, we see meaningful results starting at $2,000–$5,000/month in Google Ads spend. Highly competitive specialties in dense markets (fertility, plastic surgery in major cities) typically need $5,000–$10,000/month to compete effectively. We’ll give you a specific recommendation during the strategy call.
Do you work with practices in any location?
Yes. We currently manage campaigns for practices in the US, Mexico, North Cyprus, the UK, Germany, and Scandinavia. We also specialize in helping international clinics target US and Canadian patients through Google Ads and Meta.

Google Ads management with Tandem starts at $1,250 per month or 12% of monthly ad spend, whichever is greater. A practice spending $5,000 per month on ads pays $1,250 in management. A practice spending $20,000 per month pays $2,400 in management (12%).
How much does medical SEO cost?
Medical SEO has three tiers: Core at $750 per month for foundational technical SEO and 2 monthly content pieces, Growth at $1,250 per month with deeper content production and authority building, and Authority at $1,750 per month for high-competition specialties requiring aggressive content velocity and link earning.
How much does a medical website build cost?

Are there setup fees?
No standalone setup fees on managed engagements. Initial account architecture, conversion tracking implementation, and landing page strategy are included in the first month of management. A standalone marketing audit (no engagement required) is $750 flat.
Is there a contract minimum?
Engagements are month-to-month with a soft 90-day commitment to give the work meaningful time to produce results. Medical SEO especially shows little in the first 30-60 days; quitting early before compounding effects begin is the most common reason marketing fails for clinics.
Do you offer bundled pricing for Google Ads and SEO together?
Yes. Practices running Google Ads, SEO, and Meta together typically save 10-15% versus running each as a standalone engagement. Bundle pricing is custom based on the specific service mix.
