Tandem Medical Marketing was founded by a digital marketing specialist with over 12 years of experience running Google Ads, SEO, and paid social campaigns — including several years embedded at a medical marketing agency managing dozens of healthcare accounts across fertility, orthopedics, plastic surgery, insurance, and medical tourism.
That background shaped everything about how we operate. We’ve seen how generalist agencies approach medical clients — the learning curve, the misaligned KPIs, the campaigns that treat a surgical consultation like an e-commerce conversion. We built Tandem Medical Marketing specifically to be the alternative to that.
Today we manage campaigns for IVF clinics targeting US patients from Mexico and Europe, plastic surgery centers attracting medical tourism patients, and spine and orthopedic practices growing their surgical volume. Every client engagement is approached as a long-term partnership — our longest active client relationship is over two years and continues to scale.
